Hyland Precast Inc. was founded in 1981 and is located on 6 acres of owned land in the Comox Valley near Highway 19. Located between the City of Courtenay and the Village of Cumberland. We are locally owned in the Comox Valley, and our concrete operations serve all of Vancouver Island.
Utilizing our own aggregate sources, cement terminal, concrete batch plant, mobile batch plant, mixer trucks, gravel trucks and a motivated, competent workforce, we maintain the edge in meeting customer demand. Your project will be guaranteed a success when you partner with Hyland Precast Inc.

Hyland operates a batch plant for the ready mix concrete projects and can provide specialty, fibre reinforced, rapid setting, self-consolidating and decorative concrete. Hyland manufactures a broad range of precast concrete products including storm, waste, well water, vault and utility, highway barriers and block products.

The automated Central Dispatch System allows our dispatcher to be continuously informed of job site progress and truck availability, thus providing optimum utilization of the truck fleet and service to the customer. Our company-owned fleet of mixer trucks, a truck-mounted boom pump and experienced drivers provide maximum flexibility to meet customer demands for any concrete project.
